Dine on dishes like the restaurant’s signature roasted Silver Hill Irish duck, slow-braised abalone, braised spare ribs, steamed tiger garoupa, savoury stewed noodles with lobster, and many more.

And for the quintessential lo hei, you can go for its traditional yu sheng platters (from $99.80+ for small and $88++ for vegetarian) or the lavish Dragon Prosperity Blessings ‘Lo Hei’ with lobster, six-head abalone and salmon.
